Delivery
We offer reliable and convenient delivery services for our rental equipment. As the delivery prices may vary from $200.00+ (depending on the size and distance to the your location and or difficulty of delivery), we have established the following delivery policy:
1. Professional Delivery: We have a dedicated team of delivery professionals who will handle the transportation and setup of the rental equipment at your desired location. Our experienced staff will ensure that the items are delivered in pristine condition and set up according to your specifications.
2. Delivery Pricing: The delivery prices will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of the rented equipment. To provide you with accurate pricing, we calculate the delivery fees using industry-standard rates and take into account any specific requirements for your event.
3. Customized Quotes: For an accurate delivery cost estimate, please contact our customer service team directly. We will provide you with a customized quote based on your specific rental order and delivery location. This will help you plan your budget accordingly and avoid any unexpected costs.
4. Delivery Timeframe: We understand the importance of timely delivery for your event planning. The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to you during the booking process, considering factors such as the delivery location and availability of the rental equipment. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure a fair and transparent cancellation policy, we have established the following guidelines:
1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental equipment. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of any changes or cancellations made to the reservation.
2. Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your rental order is due 7 days prior to the event date. This payment is essential to confirm your booking and ensure that the rental equipment is reserved exclusively for your event. Note: If your reservation is made for an event within a 7 day window, your reservation will be paid in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your rental order before the 7-day deadline, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by The Posh Prop. However, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded to you.
4. Changes within 7 Days: If you made a new booking within the 7-day window prior to the event, the full payment for the rental order is required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, no refunds will be provided for bookings made within this timeframe.
5. Cancellation Notification: To cancel your rental order, please notify our customer service team in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective upon receipt of your written notification.
We highly recommend considering event insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or changes to your rental order. This can provide you with added peace of mind and financial security in case of unexpected events.
Please note that any cancellations or changes made after the 7-day deadline may result in forfeiture of the full payment, as the rental equipment may have been prepared and reserved exclusively for your event.
